I really want to go see Caylee Hammack. I don’t want to pay out for an entire C2C ticket just for a half-hour set from her, though. There’s nobody else on the bill I fancy this year.

The 'new' grand ole oprey and surrounding resort nearly got washed away in a flood years ago, saw Pam Tillis,Vince Gill and Amy Grant there, had a tour of the original Opry but didnt go to a concert, more's the pity.

Nottm had a country scene in the pubs n clubs in the 80's. Slowed down when cable stopped the country music channel

There’s a big country scene here! Partly with the Celtic Connections festival every year - there seems to be a crossover between trad Scottish music and Americana. And we get a lot of big US stars touring here in small venues. Often promoted by the bunch who run C2C.

Both massive Country fans here, but not ablebto make C2C this year. Would have been amazing, especially with the Zac Brown Band there! Wouldn't have minded catching the Morgan Evans set either.
