yesterday i was in a shopping centre and went into a shop there to purchase a gift for a family member whose birthday is coming up.while there the guy who owned the shop was talking on the phone and would not tell whoever he was talking to that he had customer's.i asked him the prices of items and he came over and tried to tell me while chatting on the phone.in the end i went. Should i have told him to put the phone down? Or was it up to him to tell the other person on phone he was busy? I found the customer service there bad.

Maybe you weren't the most important person to be served..

Could be family or returning customer...
