It was from a toddler recipe book, and is a firm favourite with my daughters still, but I'm not a fan.

Cooked fish fingers in the bottom of an oven proof dish, cover with baked beans and top with mashed potato. Bake in the oven - I prefer the potato to go a bit golden and crispy.

Variations could include cheesy mash, chive mash or cheese on the fish fingers before the beans go on. Anything to make it more palatable!
