Hi Liz here, so we want to indulge in me being a hotwife, hubby watching me with another man. I want to but the thought gets me so nervous, and I'm very body conscious .

Apart from alcohol lol any tips to help me.

Its only right to feel nervous that won't ever go away its a feeling you got to fight then when your in the moment you will enjoy it

Nerves are a good thing, and all part of it. Just go at a pace you are comfortable and finding the right person is THE most important part.

As someone else suggested, maybe head to a club one night to get the feel of swinging.

Don't over think it. Just like riding a bike really - bit wobbly to start with but you soon get up to speed and before you know it you'll be pulling off wheelies

If you are interested in going to a club, you'd check the dress code on the website. Little black dress for nightclub style venue or lingerie / baby doll type thing or a big towel for dress down club. You can then spend time checking out the place and the gents and take your time.

Otherwise have a social with a couple of gents locally and only take things further if you feel comfortable with them.

Don't rush things and you'll be fine.

Find someone who genuinely understands how you are feeling as a first timer, and is prepared to go at your pace.

If they dont make you feel comfortable talking to them about that, probably not for you...

(Unfortunately Cornwall's a long way from Glasgow...)

perfectly natural to feel that way , I still do before a meet but a couple of glasses of wine does help

Wear what makes you feel comfortable. Go at your own pace and just remember you can always say no. That should be respected in every instance.

Try CJs in the city to get a feel. You don’t have to participate in anything.

From my experience, it usually works best if the three of you have a coffee and chat together, get to know a bit about each other.

Then you and the guy head to the bedroom. The hubby enters 10 to 15 minutes later, by then neither of you will even notice him..

Vixen here. Super normal to be nervous. We talked about it for ages and had a plan to take it slowly but last easter l decided l wanted to rip off the bandaid and we wanted it done that very weekend so we went to a houseparty. I wouldn’t go back to it now but l can’t imagine a better start. Less scary and clinical than a sex club and still offering all you need to try it out - a decent room with a door and a willing first MMF participant. Good luck, enjoy it, nothing like the first few times
