A hand job is preferable but I can't do it myself, therefore more often than not, I take mine for a drive-thru job. Does the trick of getting the dirt off

I let the dirt accumulate to the point it becomes a protective layer.

Hand car wash, the automatic ones don't open your doors and do the sills.

I often let them vacuum the inside while they're at it.

I went to a drive in car wash today and it cracked a lens off my mirror and it now looks like the side has been keyed all along from the machine. Also got some rubber marks along the wheel arch.

Pressure washer we bought for the jeeps. (Car wash places frown on the excess mud)

The cars go to the car wash.

I guess you mean the guys who come round with the little trolleys offering to clean the cars.

I forgot about those. I've only come across them down south.

I do it myself because I have posh polish and ceramic coating on my beast.

I do hose the undercarriage with a jetwash though. It keeps my undersides clear of mud and salt.

Yes there is those but they also have a drive in hand car wash, I give them my keys while I get the shopping and when I come out it’s done, they even load my shopping in the car for me sometimes
