Put on hold on a telephone call today . it took me 20 mins to get through to operator who then in turn put me on hold for 15mins .only to come back to me to say I can answer your question because he could get through to his help line .its riduclas that we have to go through intermediary rather that get the answer from the right person .

Twenty minutes, that's rookie numbers. Try cancelling a Virgin Media contract by phone

Currently on one now with HMRC, I rate the music 6/10

British Gas are the worst, during December and January I have spent over 500 minutes on the phone to them, I'm guessing 350+ on hold

Currently been waiting 15 minutes on a queue to get through to the doctors and I am still only number 4 in the line.

If you need appointment at our Doctors, have to dial at 8am on the dot or your in massive queue then to be told sorry no appointments left.

I think this is the norm now. I find hysterical crying & a potential nervous breakdown results in a phone call back later in the day. And that’s to get a child’s appt.

Same here....took 1 hour to speak to the gatekeepers.
