"Put on hold on a telephone call today . it took me 20 mins to get through to operator who then in turn put me on hold for 15mins .only to come back to me to say I can answer your question because he could get through to his help line .its riduclas that we have to go through intermediary rather that get the answer from the right person ." "If you need appointment at our Doctors, have to dial at 8am on the dot or your in massive queue then to be told sorry no appointments left. " I think this is the norm now.
