Healthy snack

or

Nasty, stringy, tasteless, pointless waste of space that belongs on a compost heap?

(You may possibly be able to guess where my affinity lies! )

Apparently it's the only food that burns up more calories chewing it than is actually in it.

I like it

I like celery. It's delicious used to stir a bloody Mary and I love it cooked.

I agree! Aside from the fact it tastes like shit, it actually takes more energy to eat that shot than you get from eating it.

And I thought they'd changed the emoji for a second!

Never knew there was a one. Every day's a school day.....

Lol. That could be the only use of that stuff that is not making me nauseous just thinking about it.

I hate celery. But it brings back fond memories of being a kid and my dad making a salad.

I like it and i eat a lot of it, it has more to offer than just an ingredient in a salad. Healthy snack with peanut butter or fish patè, chopped in casseroles and stews, braised, roasted, in soup, a stirrer in a drink, in stir-fries and of course in a salad.
