It is seen differently by people when a woman does it. Men get shot down for it on here.

I think as long as you're honest about it and you're not bad mouthing your wife when she's not able to defend herself then it doesn't particularly bother me. It's not always as black and white as some people make out. And there are so many on here who pretend to be saints disgusted by this sort of thing, but would jump at the chance to wank off a beautiful man they fancy even if he's got a ring on his finger. I heard it put as 'it's cheating if it leaves one party of the relationship feeling betrayed'. Which makes sense as we all know it takes lots of forms.... emotional, physical, etc. so it's not as simple as Penis/VaginaMakingMischief or similar.

But the principle is the same.

So whilst swinging lacks monogamy, if it's done as it's intended with no shady nonsense, then it shouldn't lead to cheating. But it can do as it's often used as a sticking plaster on a bad relationship and can be like Pandoras Box

I have been cheated on, then I became been the cheat. I have been with those cheating, I have been with those cheated on who were also cheats, I have lectured cheats cheating with cheats. It is all a pile of shite at the end of the day. As long as I have full knowledge of a situation, it is on me to decide if I can accept it or not or say no thankyou. Ideally no-one would ever cheat, everyone would talk it out, but well, humans love misery.

I dont care if someone is cheating - whatever is going on (or isn't happening) within that relationship is none of my business.

However I tend to steer clear because I want 100% of someone's attention when I'm with them. I want flexibility with the time we have together without worrying if the other person is going to get a phone call and have to leave.

But mostly I don't want to be named in a divorce petition, and I don't want to get emotionally attached to someone who is emotionally unavailable - it's about me putting myself first.

Not sure about others, but it's not about cheating being immoral, it's about the lack of respect and honesty. You're right that lots of people wouldn't approve of swinging. I don't doubt your experience but mine is very different. The women I know whose partners have serially cheated on them are desperately unhappy in word and deed. If they stay with them it's because they have concerns about how they'd cope alone or the guy promises he'll never do it again blah de blah. The vast majority of my friends and acquaintances it's happened to take decisive action and walk. Well thats your opinion but I also notice that most women dont respect men that are too loyal to them. Again people can disagree but how many times do people hear stories when a guy is faithful and does everything for her to then get dumped or done dirty by that same woman? "

All the time but people being unfaithful to loyal partners isn't evidence that women are happier with men who cheat.

It's nothing hateful towards women about my comments otherwise I would of been kicked out already. 3 if there's no truth to what I'm saying then as an example look at all the celebrities you know that cheated on their spouse and are still with them?
