Hey all,

I've been on Keto before and has made a great improvement, yet with stress of the business I fell off the wagon and wanting to jump back on.

Any of you on it?

I found it made me a lot hornier, last longer and generally better all round.

Want to reintroduce this with some sexercise and get back to a more shredded summer

Tried it years ago, hated the intial keto flu, found it really restrictive, plus a nightmare for eating out. Don't think it's great to overload on protein for kidneys long-term... Know some folk love it though

go Paleo, it's not as restrictive as keto, I have a diploma in both keto and paleo nutrition as well as being a chef and involved in food in different ways for almost 40 years

Keto for beginners of FB helps or diet doctor.

When I follow it right, I can shred 1stone a month, but I'm rugby built so my legs can burn fat when I try

Interesting, I've not looked at Paleo.

Keto does shred me, but I am also worn out for a few weeks when I start
