Dark empty alone in thoughts

Thoughts run am I enough

Not enough not worthy

Write the words and let them free

Someone I do not know

Why my mind lingers there

Care fear what does it mean

I am enough I am me

Others' thoughts and words, not mine

Live the moment not the past

Control what you can

The rest let go
