Been chatting to a married guy who did play as a couple, things didn't sound right so politely said no thanks not for us. When going to say thats fine with us we were blocked, arn'r some people strange? or were we right to be suspicious.

No it isn't strange, lots of people do it to prevent you contacting them again, or indeed the reverse. Not sure where suspicious comes into it, you did say things didn't sound right though.

I am a bit confused that you told him "no thanks not for us" so who was going to say fine with us?

And it means you won't show up in each others searches. In one respect he could be showing courtesy to your preference!

Confused too. Agree with the above though. Nothing unusual at all in using the block - we use it to make sure we don't bother anyone inadvertently a second time months down the line.

Like another contributor has said, go with your gut feel - if it doesn't feel right, then don't go any further.

As he had been swinging as a couple (with his partner) he claimed to be encouraged by her to meet other couples/bi guys and the suspicion is that he wants to play away from home without the partners knowledge as he has such a high sex drive, in other words cheat.

We have now blocked him from other sites that he has approached us on.

well, you can't do much more than that. Like a couple of us have said, go with your gut feeling. Although, given what you have said here, I would be on the lookout for him approaching you using different profiles. Sounds like he;s quite predatory.... It happens....
