I'm currently ten days into an online 30 Days of Yoga course (sure you can guess who with!). Have done loads over the years - amazing for body & mind!

Are there any other Fabbers who practice regularly? Would be great to connect if so for advice and accountability.

Yes I (Mrs) love yoga. And Benji the dog.

I find it gives me peace and comfort but also strength and flexibility which are very useful with my new Fab life

What are you looking for in yoga?

Who doesn't love Benji the dog (if you know, you know!)

I enjoy it for similar reasons to yourself: The physical benefits (particularly when combined with Fab related pursuits!) are pretty obvious.

But it's also great for your head too - I always feel calmer and more focussed after a good session.

I'm pleased you find peace in your practice too!

Atlantis

The first time I went was truly eye opening. Lots of older ladies were there so my arrogant mind thought I’d walk it as I had a good base level of flexibility.

What I didn’t have was the strength and stamina to keep up so whilst I spent an hour wobbling about and having my form corrected by the much older ladies who I previously dismissed, I had a long time to reflect on how bloody judgemental I am. It’s something I definitely want to stick with though

I can empathise with this Jamie!

Stick with it, I'm sure you'll find it easier the more you practice!

Bare as in naked?

Of course (with the blinds down though!)

Gateway to the Beacons

I practiced yoga for years, used to go to one-to-one classes, then group classes, and have done loads of app ones as well, I meditate and do reiki for the mind as well as the mantras, etc at the end of a yoga session.

Yes. You don't want to make a boo boo and let people see too much!
