Coming back after 18 hours of work to look in on my sleeping son last night. As I watched, he smiled in his sleep, and my heart span on its axis.

I used to be a carer and I love the elderly in general. The stories they tell and the way some of the couples look at each other just warms something in my otherwise cold, dead heart

I used to be a carer to and lived it

They had some really lovely stories to tell
