Possibly a bit of both. I used to blag confidence and always thought it was a mask of some description that i was hiding behind... as the years have passed i'm not sure if i have become that mask and i am a confident person now buy hiding from my demons. But now i feel i am strong enough to find the box and sort them out/destroy them rather than brush them under the rug to to speak.

So not sure if i will change much on the exterior, however i know in my heart i can be free and able to thrive on life without having doubts or trust issues
