I love the guy, and his furry friend Peapocket. He is so easy going, and his method of painting those happy little trees and fluffy clouds made me try..

I loved that i painted many things i never thought i could have...Not really being able to paint for toffee myself either.... Fluffy clouds to you too

I absolutely love Bob Ross. The man was a gift to man kind. The level of peace, joy and serenity that he could make you feel as he painted trees, mountains, skies and seas, was absolutely incredible. His warm and friendly tone seemed so genuine, never forced and made it one of the most inviting and comforting TV shows ever made.

I thought I was shit at painting but love watching Bob.

I was bought some paints, canvas etc during lockdown. I sold 2 paintings within 6 weeks and did 4 more for family and friends.

Give it a go. Watch 5 minutes of Bob then go paint, come back and watch 5 etc etc.

You'll surprise yourself

Reading back it seems like I've only done 6 paintings.

There were a fair few I wasn't totally happy with. Sometimes you'll fuck the mountain up, Sometimes a single tree. Stick with it though. It's not as easy as Bob makes it look, but not as hard as the Sistine Chapel

I always thought it was funny on Sky when browsing through and you'd see "Joy of Pain..." As the box wasn't big enough to show the whole title. Couldn't be more of a different show haha.

I find it so relaxing to watch, it's great if you're up and can't get to sleep. It's so soothing.

I remember Bob. His cheeky little bushes and discreet water lines was one thing , but I bet he was shit at ceilings and cutting in around corners. The way he cleans his brush highlights other trends... bet he wouldn't think twice about wiping his cock on a garment or whipping his condom off mid fuck. One to watch I'd say....

I’m a fan.

Something I only found out recently, the pictures he paints aren’t random. Joined up they create a journey across the US. There are videos online where you can watch it, it’s lovely.
