Just wondering if any other couples get messages sent to them? We're not expecting to have them all the time, but we don't get anything. Don't know if our profile isn't any good?

We get very few messages but that could be down to the fact we aren't currently meeting as it states on our profile.

Regardless, we have had less than 30 messages since creating this profile 6 months ago.

We get a fair few from single guys but maybe not as many as some (most of the time it's the same guys...)

We don't get many from couples but then it's not what we're generally looking for. But as you're not looking for single guys I'd guess the volume will be much lower!

I get the impression that couples are more often letting others do the chasing, we're guilty of this

Your profile is fine in my opinion.

We don't get many messages, possibly three a week from new people, that's due to our age and tight filters. Also we don't often send a first message.

You seem to be doing very well though

We also get very, very few messages, even on the very rare occasions that all filters are removed.

Possibly that's because people actually read the profile, possibly it's because we just aren't that appealing.

I don't get many messages on my single female profile either and I don't use that much in the way of filters (when it is actually active), so I reckon our lack of messages is probably to do with the fact that not many people at all want to get in my knickers.

I'd agree with much of what most others have said. As has been said countless times before about the ratios on fab, women and couples are massively outnumbered by single men - who tend to be the ones doing most of the messaging.

As you're not looking for single men, and have the appropritate filters in place, your inbox has been spared the deluge you'd otherwise suffer, but your target audience is a lot smaller.

Having said that, my inbox is usually pretty quiet too.

Seems that women and couples just don't do much messaging

Ah I didnt see who are they looking for. That definitely affects the volume it seems.
