Mr here, I love podcasts as you can get on with things while educating and entertaining yourself. I use the fountain app mostly. Here are some of my favourites:

1. Permaculture Pimpcast, a father and son talk about lifenon their farm and everything else

2. Freedomain, over 4000 episodes of people finding solutions to their emotional and family problems

3. The survival podcast. How to live a better life if times get tough, or even if they don't.

4. What Bitcoin did, not just about Bitcoin but great guests talk about where we are going and how we might make things better.

5. Hardcore History. Some free but I bought the set after listening to Armageddon, a wonderful explanation of WW 1.

What are your favourites? I am always looking to broaden my horizons...hence being on here.

It depends what type of mood I'm in, I listen to sex and non sex podcasts, here's a few of my favs.

- Wanderlust Swingers (shameless plug cause this is our podcast)

- bed hoppers podcast (UK based)

- Hotwife Diaries Podcast (2 Hotwives)

- WeGottaThing (intelligent, considerate banter)

- Black N Kinky (funny, intelligent convo's)

- Livin The Suite Life

- Normalizing NonMonogamy (interviews)

- Monogamish Marriage (also have a blog)

I also listen to the Slutrepreneur podcast which is more about sex workers.

I'd say start with the guests you've heard of if you need to get into it, otherwise you can always start from episode 1

Poet-turned-podcaster Chelsey Weber-Smith tells the strangest stories from American history and examines the forces that create the reality we share, and sometimes, the reality we don't.

Ologies, by Alie Ward. It's about science a deep dive into a topic every episode.

One minute remaining. By Jack Lawrence, who speaks with inmates serving lengthy prison sentences for a range of different crimes.

Unladylike. A feminst podcast, funny and a good listen.

Matty (on Spotify only), about Matthew Leveson, I loved this, it was heartbreaking.

A little bit culty. About Cults, from the couple that got out of Nexium.

Many of the podcasts by the producers 'Wondery' are worth looking for. Blood Ties, The Vanished, Over My Dead Body, Operator, Harsh Reality (is excellent).

Something was wrong. It's about bad relationships. I recommend it, but it can be hard to listen to.

Serial, is brilliant. A spin off of This American Life.

Anything by Jon Ronson is great, but “Things Fell Apart” is simply wonderful. A calm and historical look at todays culture wars and how we got here.
