I’m trying to think of a single thing in life, be it a hobby, mundane task, activity, work, play … absolutely anything … that wouldn’t be more fun doing or sharing with someone else. Can anyone think of one single thing that is absolutely more fun doing on your own rather than with someone else?

Reading. I don’t think reading is a spectator sport.

937 S.W.

I would have to go with scuba diving.

Something that one should never do alone.

And a lot more fun with another person.

Leeds (Home) / Sheffield (Work)

Some people like to be alone. I love being able to explore a new city by myself, or even just wander around local cities. Taking my time and letting myself be led by whatever grasps my attention or interests.

A nice restful afternoon nap is also another great thing to do alone!

But isn’t that a bit like saying sleeping? And yet, most people like to sleep with someone else there … even though the activity itself is uniquely solitary …

Snoring, having the covers pinched, being disturbed by people moving around... What's not to love about sharing a bed?

If you are introvert then I would imagine most things would be more appealing to do alone.

If you are an extrovert I can see why that would be horrific.
