If I had been chatting for a while and felt a connection then yes I would. It would be a daytime social in a coffee shop though.

Times have changed 30 years ago it was all the age along with passionate messages in unsigned valentines cards but now it’s too dangerous for either females or males to do a true blinded

We’ve done it a few times. You’ve chatted, you’ve seen public profile pics, you’ve read verifications so taking an hour to just meet at a bar for a drink probably takes less time than the months of messaging some people do.

It can turn out very badly, or so I’m told. I’ve only done it once and it was absolutely amazing - we were both pleasantly surprised by each other (set your expectations low - that’s the trick) and we had a lovely time.

"As long as I thought I was going to meet someone to potentially have a laugh with and share a few stories. "

Pretty much this. I asked around for mates to recommend anyone.

“Woody! I wouldn’t recommend you to my mates!” Was the reply.

Yes, will do if it’s set up by someone I know and trust. I love meeting new people and date is a date no expectation for whatever after

I would not go to a blind date from dating apps or this site though
