Baths longer?

If you want to submerge your torso you have to have your knees and part of your thighs and calfs sticking out the water.

I have my feet crossed over and still about 40% of my legs are out.

I don't really fancy a new bath, I just think they should make them longer as I'd still have to bend my legs in a deep one

Totally with you. To make matters worse in our house the bath is extra short. A large 4 bedroomed house yet it has the tiniest of bathrooms. It's crazy. Impossible to lie out in the bath.

AHA...now then baths are set at 6ft overall length, and tge reason for that is,so as builders cam make smaller bathrooms, smaller bathrooms lead to smaller houses,Smaller houses lead to more houses per acre, more houses per acre lead to more houses on an estate, more houses on an estate leads to BIGGER profits for builders.

Simples really

We have the same priblem with bathtubs as we do with garages.

They have remained a consistent size but the things that go in them have grown bigger.

Average heights of people have been gradually increasing over time.

When I first attained adulthood, I could be considered resonably tall - now I feel like a short arse.

I'm slightly taller than my dad and my 15 year old son is about an inch shorter than me but, crucially, still growing.
