We don't have one but sometimes if you get a gadget and it doesn't work it's worth googling. 'x won't start' or similar.

Yeah I have the manual and I’ve followed it to the letter but I’m still unable to brew a coffee! I’m never going to fulfil my George clooney goal at this rate hahha x
