A box at end of your bed

If you could go back in time to some point in your life and live in those days or years again.

Would you, when would it be and why?

I would probably go back to relive the time between 1988 and 1998 manly because I remember them being good times with great friends so now departed and I would get to see family members that have long since passed away. Who back then you thought family they'd be around forever.

My college days when I was in a band. I've never felt anything else that even comes close to the feeling I used to get when I was mid-way through a screaming guitar solo

No I wouldn't. I believe that if you think the best time of your life has already been you close yourself off opportunities.

All I can think of are a couple moments in school when I would've loved to give a teacher a very fucking smart arse response to them being a wanker...

A couple girls I wished I'd made the move on and one girl I wish I hadn't

Or picking a different course at college.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing though.

I'd like to time travel back to 1980 and walk around the village I grew up in back in west Yorkshire. But I've no interest in revising 'past me

NORWAY Wherever I lay my hat

I would never go back. There have been good times and bad times in my life but I wouldn't change a lot and I hope that the best times are still to come

I used to say I would never go back, because any little thing I changed could send me somewhere entirely different and, who knows, possibly worse.

But, if I’m being honest, things are about a 4/10 right now so how much worse can it get, right?!! Just one question - am I aware I’m reliving? As in, do I have the consciousness of my current self? If so, 18 years old. I’ve made so many decisions that, with the benefit of hindsight, I’d like to change.

Some interesting answers coming up.

I am happy how my life is, yes we all have good times and bad, things in our past we would possibly like to change. If that time in my life had gone different then maybe I would not have a son, or maybe I would have more kids who knows. I think going back with the knowledge you have now would definitely change how your life has turned out today.

So I guess for me it would be to go back to just how i was at that moment in time and no knowledge of my future.

Somewhere in Co. Down

There is no time that I would really want to go back to.There have definitely been happier times in my life and less stressful than now but it's all been a learning curve. I would prefer if now got better rather than live in the past and think of when life was less stressful and more carefree.

I would definitely go back to my late teens and made some better life choices, but that’s only if I had a wisdom, experience and recognition of my childhood trauma, like I have now.

First secondary school. Pushed ahead with studies, school football team, fell in love for the first time, decent school and teachers. A great time.
