Hi, we are looking for someone on here that is admin and that we can have an actual conversation with and get a potential way forward to our issue.

We have went through the automated system sooooo many times and haven’t even had an acknowledgment from anyone. So please can an admin send us a little message to open up a conversation

Mods are volunteers. Admin are the owners. If they're not replying have you checked the site FAQ's because if the answer to your question is already there they probably won't respond.

It’s our status posting option. We don’t post often but when we do we ensure we NEVER break site rules etc but for some reason it’s randomly not actually posting as if there is a bug in the system or it has been taking away from us.

We have read the site rules more than once and have definitely never broke the rules by putting abuse up or even naming and shaming. So yeah kind of confused why we can’t post a status now

Any mods able to help at all?

Admin have said that only people who break rules get a ban on using whatever part of the site they are breaking the rules on.

If you've contacted admin and they haven't responded it means the ban will remain.
