How happy are you with your life right? It could be anything - the state of your hair, finances, home life. Your fab experience. Relationships, friendships. Is there anything you're hoping to change this coming year?

Happiness is always something I struggle with.

This is mostly borne from the feeling that I don't live my life to fullest and that I'm letting it slip through my fingers. It seems to me everyone else is having more fun than I am and experiencing so much more.

Though I have these feelings I am also well aware of how lucky I am, and that I have good friends and loving family. I have a roof over my head and money in the bank. My problems in life are remarkably small compared to most peoples.

Arguably my life has never been better, it's not the wow factor but it's a slow and steady progression in the right direction.

So yes, although I have my personal woes and doubts about my life (just like we all do) I am happy in my life (mostly)

I'm very content. Happier than I was in my early years. I long for nothing and I do what I want when I want. So if I feel like fart arsing about on here I will but if I feel I should be doing something more constructive I will....... I do most things as and when I want ......

I'd say 7, being optimistic an 8. I'm certainly not unhappy. I'm feeling physically fitter than I ever have, my mental health is in a good place amd I'm reconciling all the issues I had last year, I'm enjoying my new job, and the combination of all these has had a positive impact on my relationship.

So yeah, life feels pretty good right now

A full life would mean something different to each person. To me it just means having more fun and experiencing more of the what the world has to offer.

You could argue that being in the moment is simply existing... though I think that is very much dependant on what moment is and what that moment means to you.

I’ve lived my best hedonist years. To me its more about meaning and sense of purpose, you can have these without money, great health & even freedoms. Some of my “happiest” were raising kids with very little money or time

I’m pretty fulfilled now , meaningful relationships & work, excited about future adventures, and generally at peace with the world and the choices I’ve made.

Just separated from my wife in October. She knew about fab as it's how we met and had a cpls acc.

No one else involved just personal stuff that caused her to want to be on her own.

Saving grace is my daughter(11) lives with me and having her here is giving me something to get better for and to keep her happy.

I'm starting a new job next week ,on days after doing nights a good while.Fingers crossed that will improve my sleep and energy levels.

Plus I'll have more time to do things at normal hours ,so even when I'm working at the weekend I will still be able to go for a meal or a few drinks etc.

I hope this year is a happier year for all that need it to be .x

Happiness is a fleeting emotion. Right now I'm average on the happiness scale, but in 40 mins time when I'm no longer waiting in the car for my son to finish his appointment I'll be scoring differently.

Life is ok right now. Not everything is ok, but I'm content overall and feel strong enough to glare those challenges in the face and give them the stink eye. Probably because Marcus Aurelius and Seneca have been keeping me company recently and those ancient dudes really know their onions.

Overall I’d say I’m pretty happy, probably about a 7 or 8. There’s things I’d change of course but nothing that makes me unhappy or I’m stressed about. I have a great circle of friends in my normal life and my fab life. Things to look forward to this year. I’ve also met someone on here who adds that something extra to my life. Our main thing is not enough time these days but that’s between work and kids and to be expected. We don’t do badly but I always seem to want more.

Actually... I'm having a glorious, joyful time of it at the moment.

Could I be happier? Yes, work could be better and I have some family stresses, but I have great friends (some with fantastic benefits!), some supportive family members, a roof over my head and a job I enjoy that covers my bills.

I'm in good health and in great spirits, and I'm happy as a pig in shite.

Thanks for asking the question and reminding me to count my blessings OP.
