Seems a common complaint these days.

I think it seems worse this year as it’s the first winter in about 3 years where we have had no restrictions at all so our germs are allowed to roam freely

Added to that our immune systems aren’t used to so many germs recently it’s impacting more than normal

Just so you know i haven't had a cold for 6 years, I've had sniffles about 3 years ago and i had a headache but thats it

I’m with you on that, I’ve never felt so ill as I have this time though, it’s beyond a joke now, I’ve been overdosing on vitamins, resting up, eating nutritionally and feel it’s not helped at all, don’t think I would have felt worse if I’d been hit by a steam train

All of my kids have had it 3 of them have been coughing for about 4 weeks the worst one had antibiotics and a chest X-ray I’m the only one who hasn’t got it and the only thing Iv done differently to them is had a flu jab because I have asthma.
