Ford Sierra 1.8l. it was a piece of shit, but it was rear wheel drive. I owned it for 6 months and it failed its MOT with no reason to fix it, the poor thing was so bad. It was fun to drive and taught me what the instructor couldn't. It was so much better than a brand new Citroen C4 I owned many years later. That was the worst car I ever owned. Worse than a 20 year old rot box MOT failure. A brand new car I felt was more unsafe to than a rusty old Ford.

Nissan Sunny 1.3l -

Brilliant car in silver. Fully modded it with red pin stripes, genuine Nissan wheel trims, radio cassette with graphic equalizer and an air freshener that looked like a car alarm.

I actually won my first car in a magazine competition. It was a navy Renault Clio, the last of the old shape as the new style came in 6 months later. Not bad for the cost of a stamp

I don't drive but I remember our first family car.

It was a green Vauxhall Viva.

We had others before that, but I was too young to remember what they were.

Golf Gti. Young and with no commitments I bought it new from the dealer with no negotiations. It was a great car for a 22yo but from the financial side I was such a knobhead
