I stayed away from the junk food despite many temptations. I also managed to get my 4 sessions per week in the gym back on track. Getting those good habits back in the groove.

I can reccomend being in college all weekend for avoiding snacks. I'm too exhausted to wander to the shops so I'm laying very still tonight

Hello Jess you brilliant person! Fingers crossed that one document goes well for you. And quickly.

My achievements this week? I started off well. Said yes to a couple of dates rather than my usual hmmm, maybe. Did a workout. Ordered a band 40, when I say I have items that are a 48H? I'm so proud of that.

Now my achievements are not crying, managing to stay awake for more than a hour, not falling asleep and my phone whacking my face... yeah, kind of downhill.

Well done you. For me it's been really good on my diet,and not having a single energy drink all week. Even managed to drink a bottle of water daily too.

Managed to see my bestie and have a good heart to heart talk and plenty of hugs. It was nice to reconnect and feel/show that care.

I taught my daughter to swim today ( this is her achievement not mine ) and it's also on the back of her getting star of the week. Proud Daddy moments

I’m so happy for you OP. So glad you got it all done as I know it was a close call and many congratulations.

My achievement this week is managing to get through Midnights group challenge of Planks and Squats without falling over and losing 6lbs in the process. I’m pretty chuffed with myself at that and feel loads stronger.

Nice one, Jessica!

My achievement? Not swearing when I fell off a horse onto my back today. There were two young children (including my daughter). nearby so I had to keep schtum and then demonstrate that I was completely fine so that they didn't freak out
