This is actually true, need to look up the link but there was a huge meta study which found the ONLY body part size correlated with penis size was the nose. I'm not sure if it was length or girth (of the nose I mean)

I think between the usual weight gain and lower blood flow to the area as time goes on they probably do shrink a little overall.

I've never heard of any proven correlation between big noses and big dicks. I'd assume its just someone with us nose trying to make it feel like less of a negative feature.
