People of the lounge give me your remedies, I am off on holiday on Wednesday to Portugal, currently, I feel like absolute dog shit and have for the best part of a month. Give me your remedies and cures, sinusitis, headache for over a month and a throat that feels like john holmes been in it

I've had chronic sinusitis my whole life and its shit.

Steam helps but you'll still feel like shit.

Decongestant

Saline nasal spray/rinse to clear infection

Fucking hell that's rough.

Steam or a neti pot, or a warm compress on the area, for sinusitis (just symptom relief)

Really sore throat - if medically appropriate and with no other ibuprofen, Strepsils do a version with ibuprofen that really hits the source of the problem hard

The only thing that's ever cured my bouts of sinusitis is time and possibly antibiotics.

Symptom relief isn't nothing - if nothing else, it supports better rest to help you fight off whatever is causing it.
