Warm bath

Hot chocolate with milk, horlicks or ovaltine

Clean bedding

Check the temp in your room - not too hot or too cold

Cherries contain a sleep inducing hormone, you can get supplements from Holland & Barrett

Relaxing music, forest sounds, waves sounds

Make your bed your haven

Light a candle

Put on some whale sounds

Slowly drift off the sleep like an angel

If that doesn't work, wank it like a polaroid picture until you pass out in a puddle of spunk.
