I got out of bed around midday, ate some porridge. Listened to some music I was working on last night and wondered why I bother.

Spent too much time on fab.

Did some exercise to prepare me for getting back in to climbing, I've let myself get weak and need to get my edge back.

Now I'm thinking about having a shower and then going out for a burger and a couple pints.

When I get home I'll need to do some work on my assingments... but I'll probably just play guitar instead

Made chicken and a meat omelette.

Popped to the shop.

Had a short nap.

Didn't sort out the recycling or rubbish.

Business paperwork, took down the Christmas tree and decorations, did a few loads of clothes washing and tumble dried, did cleaning and hoovering, cleaned the fish tank, took our daughter to the opticians, drove her 35 minutes to meet a friend, drove home and then drove our son to rugby, went shopping, picked son up from rugby, picked daughter up from her friends, unpacked shopping, then come to bed. Made dinner and tea in amongst it. I wonder how many miles I've actually done today...
