Struggle working from home

Does anybody else work from home and struggle to concentrate on work?

Since moving out from the office and working remotely it has been great as I have been able to move to an area I’ve always wanted to live but I really struggle to be productive during the working day and spend all day watching porn

Is porn keeping a roof over your head, food in your belly, giving you a purpose for living ?

If the answer is yes. Keep doing it.

If the answer is no....... then stop.

If you can't slow down and stop then get help because an addiction of any kind will eventually cause you great harm of some sort.

No income will be the first.

I really struggled working from home, wanked far too much
