"I've been pretty much same weight since I was 16, doesn't matter what I do" This is me. I’ve lost a full stone over the year since spring. Active job I suppose, but they are the jobs I’ve always done. I can’t eat when I’m not hungry or full. So that never worked. I’m not actively trying to gain weight now, but having got to a weight unexpectedly what I was happy with, to see it fall off now is annoying me. | |||

" If it’s unusual for you to loose weight make an appt at your local surgery to get your bloods checked, will only take two mins but could help solve your issue On the otherhand I have tons of weight I could give you that I really don’t need but it keeps me warm so saves on heating bills | |||

" Last time I lost a few pounds for no apparent reason they said my thyroid result was reading as under active which usually means weight gain for people, so I think my body works back to front for some reason. | |||
