New Year, New Me.

New year will have a lot of talk around attraction, confidence and people's definition of beauty. We are all our own biggest critics, there is nothing worse anyone could say to us than we say to ourselves. So whoever you are be confident and have self acceptance in who you are.The brightest stars sometimes can't see their own shine but others do see you.

If you want to make a positive change, do it for you and not for the validation of others. Don't judge your own self worth on someone else's judgement.. that's all. And if you find yourself struggling with self esteem, take a breather from this lifestyle until you find it again. You were enough then, you are now and you will be in the future.

Wishing you all a year of being kind to yourselves for a change
