I just want to say to anyone feeling low this period: You may be on your own but you are not alone. Whatever you're going through, someone, somewhere, understands. You will get through, it will be okay. Whatever expectations you think you haven't met - whether from yourself or others, it's okay. You are good enough. You are fine. You are human. You are loved!

New years always brings up these feelings for people but today's just a normal day like every other. Anyone who's feeling like this just remember you have already survived and will continue to survive bad days, you're stronger than you think you are
