Is it possible to order the pics on ones profile, don't necessarily want to put everything behind a friend only barrier.

Nope unfortunately. You have to upload them in the order you want them to appear.

You can delete all your photos and reupload them in the order you like…aside from that, no. Unless I’ve misunderstood what you’re asking

Screenshotting is your friend. Screenshot them, delete them, re-upload in the right order
