Why does a fellas pee sometimes smell of sugar puffs. Never touch em . Any doctors explain . Happy Fridays everyone .

From memory, one of the causes was eaten too much sugar, and the body has trouble breaking it down, so passed into the urine.

Another reason can be Type 1 Diabetes, along with other symptoms.
