Bloody Christmas,I feel like that walrus that rocked up on the beach in calshot a few weeks ago.

I dare not go for my annual new year's Day dip in the ocean for fear of being mistaken for some sort of blubbering sea monster.

I did my first workout since Christmas Eve yesterday.... felt like I was going to heave

Felt better for doing though, now I just need the rubbish food gone from my house. Even looking at it makes me feel stodgey and ill.

I've not stopped eating but I haven't weighed myself. I did put on my fave jeans yesterday and they were very tight. I'm rocking a little bloated belly at the mo. Oh how fortunate we are to be able to get so chubby and fat.
