Sat nav.

I always called them "twat navs", but bought one for the little lady as she cant read a map.

Eventually went on a trip in her car with her driving, and she insisted on using the satnav, and I was converted.

Have to say tho, sometimes they do seem to have a "shit fit" and send you the wrong way just for the fun of it lol!

Best Xmas pressie I ever got was 365 Poems. It's an anthology of poetry that includes pretty much all the classic well known ones. A different poem on each day of the year and gives info about the poem and/or the author and why it's special to that particular date. I take it practically everywhere with me.

Get a "CATWatch ultrasonic unit" they are awesome. Have one on a r/c and when pussy squats on said lawn i switch it on! Its like watching a jack in a box! No more stepping in poo for me now
