I really have had a fucking tits full now, since the start of November I’ve had Covid, manflu, and a constant headache

The worse of it all is the Sinusitis it sucks the life from a dead donkey ffs

Just getting over it myself but I only had it for a couple of weeks. Doc said to cope without antibiotics.

I find the salt water nasal sprays a help. Messy, but effective...

The nasal spray worked well on mine. I had antibiotics for a sinus infection too.

I couldn't even rest my glasses on my nose because of the pain.
