Has anyone decided a new exciting change they are going to make starting 2023? This has always been so mundane to me but ive started early signed up to kick boxing yesterday,, ignore the negative comments on here they are inevitable.. I want to hear positive comments from people aiming to better themselves

Funnily enough I just shared this on my status, but mine is to stop using my Ring doorbell to eavesdrop on passersby's conversations

Mine is fairly simple. I want a bit more definition on my body, mainly legs so just lose a bit of body fat and gain a small amount of muscle. It shouldn’t be too hard.

Why do people use jan 1st to change things. Change when your head is in the right place and your more likely to suceed.

Good luck with kickboxing

I started boxing about 6 months ago , the difference it makes to your whole body is quite amazing compared to normal gym stuff so I’m planning to do much more boxing and ease of weights this year.

I also have a workshop in Dubai where I cast silver and this year I’m going to start working with 14Ct gold now I know what I’m doing !

Lots of other exciting plans but they are my main two goals for 2023.

It’s just a convenient time to reflect & plan. If you wait for your head you may never do it. Failure is also critical to success , every time you try and fail you get stronger and wiser

I’m going to get myself felt up the New year.

My boobs are in need of some attention.

I wait until 2nd January. 1st is a recovery day but it works. I quit smoking on that day 14 years ago and never looked back.

I gave up smoking, so going to get back into running when the weather gets better.

My aim for 2023 is to rediscover a passion for living, explore more and rediscover my love of kink

Exactly my point. You waited till your head was in the right place and you achieved it. Day 14 not day 1.

It is a positive comment. Point i made is you dont need 1st of january. If you fail dont wait till next year. Start again when you are ready. When your head is ready.
