That's another thing the OP might want to consider.

The amount of inter dimensional worm holes you find at the back of washing machine drums is ridiculous so that might be the simple answer to this conundrum.

Good point i never thought about that, im in the process of stripping the washing machine down now, its driving me crazy

You do realise they're probably still in the laundry hamper or dropped en route!

I have three persistent odd socks. Oddly they are all from the same 3 pack but are all different colours.

Check inside the sleeves of your shirts or jumpers.

Uncle Jack says, put your socks inside a pillow case and pin it closed and you'll never lose another sock

I can only wear one sock at the moment, due to the other foot having a feck off bandage on it, so all donations of odd socks welcome x
