Easy to say but it’s so subjective and the assumption that this approach will work for everyone is naive at best…

But there's no harm in trying.

It's EASY to be negative, but better to make the effort and be positive - even if it only reaches one person it'll be worthwhile.

Kindness and honesty are easy for me.

My brain however is so full of thoughts and overthinking that it can be hard to know which ones to get rid of. Lol!

Have you shared this breakthrough with the Royal College of Psychiatrists? Maybe think about submitting it for publication in the Lancet, even.

We just have to "let go" and "spread kindness". Who knew!

It's a good sentiment op especially since I've seen some examples of unnecessarily unkind behaviour on here recently.

I don't think it's easy to let go of bad thoughts but positivity is always more attractive
