I ran it across a telegram group, which was brilliantly easy, added the daily pose to a fab thread and used my daily photo allowance for non telegram users... It took me 30 mins per day admin time | |||

Last January we did a plank challenge A lot of us looked like beached whales and some of the planks were nigh on impossible to do, even in the whale position I've got telegram so will definitely sign up, thanks Does anyone want to do it again, or maybe find another daily challenge?
