It would appear that I have lived a charmed life as it was not until my late 70s that I had any illness, ache's or pains, However the health issues of the last 4 years have given me the worst years of my life and look like doing so for the foreseeable future

Still aiming for 99 though

I don't know if there's a secret. I experienced terrible pain in my fifties which a titanium implant in my spine solved. I'm just as active as possible and attempt to remain flexible. That and Haagen Daz ice cream
