As an ex hospitality person, I’m agreeing, I’ve been wondering when hospitality will be joining the strikes, the treatment staff are given is horrendous at times, no human deserves that environment | |||

I understand from family who work within the industry that treatment and wages very much depends on the employer. | |||

I’m surprised you ever get hired with that attitude. I only work for the best companies and whenever i experience poor service I let them know. Staff are often constrained by bad management & policy but someone somewhere needs a kick up the arse. The UK is especially lazy regarding service , the same brands in other countries have much better service | |||
