Best cure ,find a safe place an empty space with enough room and no Sharp corners and a soft landing.

Look up and spin in the opposite direction to the direction the Room/ ceiling is spinning.

Guaranteed that you won't be worried about the spinning ceiling for long

Not for 20 years or so..

But as others mentioned, lie down on the bathroom floor, you can't fall any further and handy to be by the toilet incase what you've d*unk needs to escape.

I think from memory i can still feel the cold tiles and texture of the towel on me. :D

Oh and the sound of my mum shouting when she found me in a mess on the bathroom floor
