Yup - it’s in the top left corner, when I looked just now, in new public photos. I have an iPhone but sure if it’s different on other devices

But I have to click that option with my eyes closed everytime to avoid piles of content I do not want to see.

There is no official method, such as a filter.

A workaround would be to bookmark this in your browser. This way you will be able to look at "women only" photographs in all your heavenly glory.

It unfortunately reverts back to anyone each time you leave the page, you will have to continue seeing guys spreading their arses etc for now like the rest of us
