"Have both been cut off, if so why?" No neither are cut off. Basically I can’t put money on them the gas is fine because I had this same issue last week that they managed to sort with out an engineer but without electric I can’t use the gas anyway. | |||

"If it's the old type prepay meters, I've heard of this practice across energy suppliers - it's to coerce people into getting smart meters/direct debit. The no-shows are extremely sketchy. Hope it's sorted soon " Mines a smart meter already. Honestly if this warns people to stay away from this company then something will come out of this mess | |||

Can't cook on them but they do throw heat out" Well I just spoke to an engineer finally and they said as soon as I fall below 80p they will be out so fingers crossed that won’t be necessary | |||
