As I prepare to eat my body weight in pigs in blankets and Celebrations I've had my last gym session before Christmas.

Although every year I see joggers on the street on Christmas morning. Are you one of these people or like me are you having a tipple before lunch.

Exercise on Christmas Day? I've heard about these strange customs, but an alien concept to me.

I'm a 'chocolate for breakfast and go from there' kind of guy...
